Major Players accredited B Corp™ status

Major Players, the UK’s leading digital, marketing and creative talent agency, today announced that it has been certified as a B Corporation™ (B Corp™), joining a growing number of global and UK companies, putting purpose, people and planet alongside profit.

Major Players have been certified by B Lab, the not-for-profit behind the B Corp movement, as having met rigorous social and environmental standards which represents its commitment to using it’s business as a force for good.

To become a Certified B Corporation™, companies undergo a rigorous review of the impact of their operations and business model on their workers, customers, communities, and environment. Since it’s launch, over 150,000 companies use the tool to manage their impact, with only 4% achieving accreditation.

Major Players is now part of an exclcsive community of only 1400 businesses who have certified as B Corps™ in the UK, including well-known brands such as The Guardian, Innocent, Patagonia, The Body Shop and Abel & Cole.

“We’ve always strived to create a fairer, more equitable industry for all”, said Joanne Lucy, Managing Director for Major Players.

“Since our inception in 1993, we have always valued our people and championed our communities, alongside our desire to build a sustainable business. Now more than ever, the values that our business and people hold, perfectly align with B Corp’s™ agenda, and this accreditation recognises our strong track record to date and provides a framework for us to cement ourselves as a force for good. We’re thrilled to receive this accreditation and become part of the B Corp™ community.”
